PRK vs. RK

Imagine...
...working as a police officer or fire fighter facing the inconvenience of glasses or contact lenses, or more importantly, the safety risk in losing your corrective lenses.

...your favorite sporting events without the burden of glasses or contacts.

...looking at the alarm clock without having to first locate your glasses.

Fact
Glasses and contact lenses can cost a lot of money—in fact, you will likely spend thousands of dollars on glasses and contact lenses in your lifetime.
In the last fifteen years, laser vision correction has been used to treat hundreds of thousands of people who suffer from myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia(farsightedness) and astigmatism.
Studies presented by excimer laser manufacturers and reviewed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration show that 93% of patients achieve distance vision correction to 20/40 or better (good enough to qualify for a driver's license in most communities) after laser vision correction treatment.
As with any surgical procedure, there is some risk. A small percentage of patients will lose some best corrected visual acuity. However, in the vast majority of those cases, patients are pleased because their uncorrected visual acuity is far superior to their vision prior to the laser vision correction treatment procedure.

Solution
Now there's an alternative to eye glasses and contact lenses—and it's available at the Dove Laser Center.  The LADARVISION4000 excimer laser will enable you to improve your vision without depending on eye glasses or contact lenses.
